About the company:

Butterfly Effects, LLC was established in 2004 to provide services to children with autism and their families living in South Florida. Since then Butterfly Effects has expanded to a staff of over 100 highly qualified experts serving individuals of all ages with a broad range of needs throughout the United States and abroad, including Bermuda, Guatemala, Honduras, and Venezuela.

In January 2009, Butterfly Effects, LLC Issued 50 TIGRcub® Certificates with 60 month maturities. In aggregate, these certificates represent a cash distribution right for investors equal to 1% of the company’s annual GAAP monthly gross revenue, each certificate representing 1/50 of 1%.
