Entrex Announces Trading System for Private Companies

Chicago, IL Nov. 15-2005 -- Entrex (www.entrex.net ), the global source to find, research, track, and manage private companies, announce today an agreement with United States OTC Markets, LLC to license a trading system for private companies.

Entrex Registered Member Companies, who develop credibility and exposure by participating in Entrex?s methodologies and disciplines, will now be able to gain shareholder liquidity through the trading methodologies of the US OTC Markets, pursuant to local, state and federal regulations.

United States OTC Markets President and Director, K. Richard B. "Nick" Niehoff, is the former President and COO of the all-electronic Cincinnati Stock Exchange. He was also the founding Executive Officer of the Nasdaq Trading Services Division. Nick?s expertise will oversee and operate an SEC registered Alternative Trading System for Entrex private companies. Trading is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2006.
