Charitable Foundation to Invest in Entrepreneurial Companies
CHICAGO, Nov. 2 /PRNewswire/ --
Entrex, Inc. announces it is working with The National Heritage Foundation to form regionally based Charitable Foundations.
Under the umbrella of The National Heritage Foundation, Entrex will create foundation offerings which meet the specific giving ideals of donors while investing in Entrex Ensured Companies. The Foundation's investment profits can be distributed as new investments -- or distributed to other charitable entities as directed by donors.
Stephen H. Watkins, founder and CEO of Entrex, Inc., explains that "from a donor point of view, the draw of these foundations are two-fold. First Donors create a perpetual legacy which invests in businesses supporting their wishes ... but more important is the profits, which come out of these investments, help to create perpetual giving opportunities pursuant to the donor desires."
"CNN described Entrex as a Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval for Private Companies," said Watkins, "Our proprietary methodologies allows donors knowledge that companies in which their foundation invests have both clarity and transparency for their wishes .... For the Legacy they want to leave behind."
"We see this as a new space in charitable giving. These foundations are expected to invest in profitable/cash-flowing entities -- offering annual yields which can be distributed, in perpetuity, to the donor causes."
"Why not use the profits from one success to support American businesses ... while creating a Legacy which keeps on giving?"
