Crucible Capital Group to Source Equity Investments for Entrex Ensured Companies

CHICAGO, Nov. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Entrex, Inc. is pleased to announce partnership with Crucible Capital Group (Member NASD/SIPC) to source equity investments for current Entrex Registered Member Companies (RMCs).

Based on market intelligence, it's expected that these elite "Entrex Ensured" companies will be offered one or more term sheets by the end of the calendar year. The Entrex Registered Member Companies will have full rights of acceptance or refusal on these deals which are anticipated to provide the growth-capital planned by each company.

Crucible Capital Group (Member NASD/SIPC), a New York based firm founded by 21-year investment banking veteran Charles Moore, agreed to partner with Entrex based on his respect for their member company validation and valuation process.
