Call for Private Companies Seeking Growth and/or Liquidity Capital
CHICAGO, Dec. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Entrex, Inc. announced today that it has agreed to work with a leading New York based private equity fund. This fund is prepared to invest growth or liquidity capital into North Eastern US companies with approximate revenues of US$10M and 10% EBITDA.
Entrex CEO, Stephen H. Watkins explains, "We're seeking Northeast US companies of any industry sector. All products and services are welcomed by the fund, our primary goal is to attract companies who are willing to provide fair anticipated returns to the investors of the fund while providing quality companies for our marketspace."
In exchange for equity, the US fund is structured to provide investments into private, fast-growth entrepreneurial companies which have mutually agreed growth expectations. Investments are anticipated across various sectors creating a diverse basket of private equity holdings. Any firms which receive an investment will be required to join Entrex and participate in the corporate validation and valuation process.
Entrex, Inc. is an Entrepreneurial Exchange where investors can find, research, track, manage and trade interests in private and non-reporting companies. Watkins purports, "The elaborate system built by the SEC for public investor protection has become a home for only the most elite public companies. Yet our nation's economic and employment growth comes from the private and non-reporting entrepreneurial companies which have limited access to the public capital markets. Entrex provides a structure for companies to gain credibility and exposure to the alternative capital markets."
A key factor to Entrex's success is the quality and consistency of the financial data that will be available to fund investors. Each "Entrex Ensured" fund investment will adhere to Entrex's quarterly reporting and valuations executed by an independent research firm: this provides shareholders knowledge of current performance of each underlying security.
Companies which believe they fit the fund requirements or those interested in additional information should contact Erika Conefry at Entrex (econefry@entrex.net).
