Entrex has assembled an experienced and talented management team with a track record of building and leading world-class businesses in multiple dynamic industries. Stephen H. Watkins founded our parent company from Entrex, Inc., founded more than 20 years ago, with a mission to improve access to capital for entrepreneurial companies.  This company evolved into the Entrex Holding Company (EHCo, LLC) which offers investment platforms for unique sectors where the benefits of efficient trading of private securities creates transparency and price discovery for the market’s participants.  He is the author of Capital Can’t Fund What It Can’t Find and has appeared before US Congress committees advocating for the interests of small, entrepreneurial businesses and has represented the interests of Small Businesses on behalf of the United States Chamber of Commerce with President Obama at the White House.   Entrex Carbon Market,  an Entrex Holding Company subsidiary, merged with UHF Logistics (OTC: RGLG) and has offices in Boca Raton and St. Petersburg Florida.
